We are very proud to have our trained tour leaders write world standard trip reports. Bird Uganda Safaris management has committed most of the time in building the capacity of the local bird guides. Among the trained bird guides are 0ver 30 women birders most of who are now employed. Crammy Wanyama has now become our first international tour leader to guide tourists in other other countries such as South Africa, Rwanda, Tanzania, and North America. There are several others following Crammy and these include Judith Mirembe, Rukundo Davis, Veronica Nakafero, Mark Bankunda, and Prossy Nanyombi.
