Today at Mbarara Kakoba around San Diego Motel, I got a Singing Cisticola and Trilling Cisticola species in the same spot together with the Tawny Franked Prinia. These birds have a lot of similarities that makes it hard to identify them.
It was not much difficult for me because I know their calls which are quite distinctive and cannot be mistake by any serious birder.
Most interestingly for over 20 years of birding, I have been trying to take a photo of the Singing Cisticola but in vain.
